Why you are scared to start

You are scared to start, because of one simple reason. Something that every human has to carry with them when they are born...

The fight or flight response

That's right, humans are animals, and just like every animal, we also have a build in fight or flight system, it just works difrentley.

This means that when we are faced with difficult decisions or tasks, this system will make the choice for us. 99% of the time, we flight. We reject the risk, because we are scared.

Let me give you an example with a conversation between:

Person A (A seller)

Person B (A random person)

Person A: "Would you buy this used bagpack for $2500?"

Person B: "Absolutley not, go away!"

Almost every person would react like person B. But they never asked what's inside the bag. Because it's used and not new, there could be anything in it. Unfortunatley, person B just missed out on $50.000 that was in the bag.

If only he took a moment to analyze instead of immediately rejecting the offer, do you get the message?
