Stop Posting at Random: The Best Time to Post Motivational Content (Backed by Data)
Unlock the secret posting times that skyrocket your engagement!
Hey G
When you post matters almost as much as what you post. Even the most powerful content can flop if it is posted at the wrong time. So let's break down when you should hit that publish button for the highest reach and engagement.📈
Weekday Posting Windows:
6 AM to 8 AM: The early morning scroll. People check their phones right after waking up. Every hustler checks their messages, every employee checks their roster for changes. Perfect time for posts that will get them in the mood for the day!
11 AM to 2 PM: Lunch break browsing. At this time, most of your audience will be on their phone, setting their mind away from the job they were doing.
6 PM to 8 PM: Nothing better than scrolling on your phone after a hard day of work right? Motivation still hits hard here, especially for people heading to the gym.
Weekend Posting Windows:
9 AM to 11 AM: Post a little later than you would normally do. Most people wake up later and scroll from bed or during breakfast.
6 PM to 9 PM: People usually chill in this time window. After a long day of fun activities, they can relax on the couch with a meal.
Motivational content performs bestin the morning, when people are thinking about their day ahead. It shapes their mindset and gives them a mental boost when they need it the most ☀️. Posting early can also give your content time to gain traction throughout the day.
But the real game changer…
Instagram Insights
If you’re not checking when your audience is online, you’re missing out big time. Go into your professional dashboard, tap “Insights,” and check when your followers are most active by the hour and day. Try to post 30 minutes before the peak, so most of your audience will watch your new post.
Post at the same times consistently so your audience know when your new content will be posted. (Only do this if you have an account that has a lot of followers.) If you are just starting out, post at different times to get the most accurate results.
Stop guessing. Post with purpose. Your growth will thank you G.🚀
