🚫 Losing Everything: My Restart Plan

Exposing my exact blueprint for starting over from scratch...

Hey G,

Let’s imagine a scenario where my accounts got hacked and I would lose every single follower I have…

Would I throw stuff across the room out of anger? Absolutely.

But after I calm down, I would start a new Instagram page, and here is how I would do it differently from when I started:

Step 1: Choosing my niche

What I did in the past:

When I started out, I just took a niche that looked promising, without actually investigating my potential competition…Bad Idea. It took well over 150 videos before I got a viral one, while others in a different niche uploaded 25 videos and got their first viral one. Your niche demands your growth.

What I would do now:

I would start looking for a (sub)niche that is relatively new, but was able to create a viral video in their first few posts. For example: Using satisfying videos as B-Roll for motivational videos. This was never done before, and the person to first do it reached 100k followers in their first 2 months (@vawtez is the account if you want to check)

Step 2: The uploading pattern

What I did in the past:

I would just bulk create content uploading too many videos everyday, not following what was trending, but copying what once was a trend. This was done before by the bigger accounts in the niche, so ofcourse I was not growing the account. No-one was interested in re-used content.

What I would do now:

I would aim to create one video everyday, and staying consistent on that. Maybe even repost the new content to TikTok and/or Youtube, to have a bigger chance on getting viral content. Creating just one video everyday will also give you more time to do other things for the account, or even make a second one.

Step 3: Monetization

What I did in the past:

I started my instagram account with no knowledge of monetizing it. Biggest mistake of my life. I missed out on thousands of dollars. You MUST have some way of monetizing your Instagram account before even starting one. (If making money with Instagram is your goal ofcourse)

What I would do now:

After I found my niche, I would create an offer or service related to that niche. This will increase the chance of followers/viewers buying the offer. Don’t sell a Ford pick up truck on your climate activists account, if you get what I mean.

That will be all, talk to you later G,
