😴How to stop oversleeping
This can give you extra hours in your morning everyday!
Hey G,
I'm going to be honest with you right now…
I used to oversleep more then 4 hours sometimes.
Set my alarm clock and 10 alarms on my phone and still I'd go back to sleep…
Schocking right?
The person that is now trying to inspire and motivate you, used to be a lazy waste of life.
If you are someone that does this, maybe not as much as me, but still…
I feel sorry for you.
You are wasting so much valuable time in the morning, destroying your full potential.
But here is how to stop this:
When you wake up, immediatley do a task that wakes up your brain. This will make it impossible for you to fall back asleep.
Now you might be asking; “How do I make sure I do that task?”
The answer is: a special alarm clock.
When it rings, it will require you to do a task before you can turn it off, making you get up immediatley, or at least faster then you used to.
It makes me do 3 difficult math questions before I can turn it off. I curse at it everytime trying to turn it off, but it does work haha!
You can find these kind of alarms in the google/apple playstore, say goodbye to those wasted hours, and enjoy a longer morning!
